Previously, we provided information about the developing company behind District Griffin, Devimco Immobilier. Devimco Immobilier partnered up with experts working within the Montreal urban market, in order to make District Griffin a durable living environment for its residents.

Usually, the creation of a residential project involves developers, architects, designers, construction companies, etc.

Today, the spotlight is on the architects involved in the project. District Griffin is a collaborative project between Martin/Marcotte Beinhaker Architects, IBI DAA and Devimco Immobilier.

International IBI DAA and prestigious Martin Marcotte / Beinhaker Architectes are within the top architecture firms in the industry and have been affiliated since 2008.

Martin Marcotte Beinhaker Architects has over 100 employees and it directed by founding architects and associates Andre Marcotte and Robert Martin. The firm is behind projects such as M Sur La Montagne and La Tour Des Canadiens.

The multidisciplinary firm IBI, founded in 1974, is specialized in urban planning construction, transportation and systems in Canada and all over the world.
