Discover one or several restaurants located on the trendy Notre-Dame Street. Try Rufus Rockhead , Shinji, Grinder or David McMillan’s Joe Beef. Foodies beware!

For Family-friendly winter fun visit the Montreal High Lights Festival, or ‘Festival Montréal en Lumière‘ five minutes away and enjoy of one of the biggest winter festivals in the world. Make the best of the winter wonderland with free outdoor entertainment, frosty winter activities, and an array of delicious gourmet food.

Head out to the Old port area and watch an IMAX® movie at the Montreal Science Center. Now showing ‘Galapagos 3D: Nature’s Wonderland’ and ‘Titans of the Ice Age 3D’. Or if you’re in the mood to be outdoors, try ice-skating at the Old Port’s Skating Rink.

District Griffin is also situated one block away from the Lachine waterfront and old canal. Be active, exercise outdoors, or try snowshoeing, skiing, or sledding around the Canal and all the way to the Atwater Market, if you want to get warm. There’s plenty of snow to have fun with!
