EXALTO CONDOS: already 80 units sold!

Devimco Immobilier announces a number of 80 condos sold at its Exalto Condos project in Griffintown, just a few days after the official launch.

The launch of Exalto Condos, the latest Devimco Immobilier project, took place last Saturday, March 19. A sign of the neighbourhood’s popularity and the ever-increasing market demand for new condo properties, as of the official launch date, 43% of the project’s units have found owners, mere minutes after being released to the general public.

The news only serves to confirm the strength of the new condo market, which according to the Altus Group, has increased 106% in the downtown core over the last three months of 2015.

The sector surrounding the intersection of Peel and Wellington, right where the Exalto project is located, appears to be the heart of the action. “Over the last few months, an assortment of new businesses, cafés, and restaurants has opened, significantly livening up the neighbourhood. Our goal is to offer residents who choose Griffintown a truly unique quality of life, as much in terms of living spaces, with common areas and nearby merchants,” stated Marco Fontaine, Sales & Marketing Director for District Griffin.

Exalto Condos: A Unique Project

Located in the heart of Griffintown, close to the Lachine Canal, Exalto Condos consists of 185 1- to 3-bedroom condominiums designed to meet the aspirations and needs of downtown professionals, including singles, couples and families searching for an urban lifestyle.

A 140,000 sq. ft. market place will occupy the building’s ground floor. An SAQ and Marché Adonis will be opening soon, joining the already operational Brunet pharmacy, branches of the National, Scotia and TD Banks, and a McDonald’s.

With a strong focus on original and thoughtful amenities that showcase the project’s excellent location, no less than 18 common areas will be created, highlighting the exceptional views of downtown Montreal. There will be elevated terraces with a bubble lounge, alpine cocoons, bubble swings, outdoor fireplaces, and heated BBQ areas.
