District Griffin Recommendations for Easter Weekend

At District Griffin we are always thinking of ways to make your life easier. We also love being located in the heart of Griffintown, only minutes away from all the happening spots in the city. So for this Easter weekend we would like to give you a few ideas and activities to try if you are in the area.

For all the foodies in Griffintown, visit one of these Sugar Shack spots at the Old Port: Cabane Sucre by Chef Laurent Godbout at the Scena building and La Cabane Éclusiers par Apollo also located in The Old Port of Montreal.
And maybe try skating at Atrium le 1000. The skating rink is located at 1000 de la Gauchetière, in the downtown area only a few blocks away from District Griffin.
For those who love outdoor activities visit the scenic Canal Lachine, get your groceries from the Atwater Market and make an outdoor picnic with Easter eggs and bunnies, or plan daytime activities with your friends and family like discovering all the museums around the area. You can also visit the underground city or try any of the restaurants on Notre Dame Street. There are many things to do during the long weekend, just be adventurous and head out to explore the city!
