Celebrate with the AMATI Condominiums cocktail!
To celebrate the launch of the AMATI Condominiums project, a special cocktail was concocted! Inspired by the traditional Italian Aperol Spritz, AMATI Spritz is an ode to travel and to afternoons spent on the sun-drenched terraces of Venice.
AMATI Spritz
- 90 ml (3 oz) Prosecco sparkling wine
- 60 ml (2 oz) Aperol liqueur
- 25 ml (3/4 oz) fresh pink grapefruit juice
- Ice cubes
- ½ slice of lime
- A few fresh basil leaves
- 1-2 hints of Tabasco
Pour Aperol and grapefruit juice into a wine glass with several ice cubes. Stir with a spoon. Add sparkling wine. Garnish with a half slice of lime, a few basil leaves and 1-2 hints of Tabasco.
Serve!
