Vous achetez \u00e0 deux? Chaque conjoint peut retirer ce montant, pour un capital total maximal de 50\u00a0000 $.<\/p>\n<p>Ce R\u00e9gime est valide pour les maisons unifamiliales, jumel\u00e9es, en rang\u00e9e ou mobiles, les appartements que vous poss\u00e9dez dans un duplex, un triplex, un quadruplex ou un immeuble d\u2019habitation.<\/p>\n<p>Vous devez cependant r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 certains crit\u00e8res sp\u00e9cifiques pour \u00eatre \u00e9ligibles au RAP\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avoir cotis\u00e9 \u00e0 un REER et ce, depuis au moins 90 jours avant le retrait;<\/li>\n<li>Acheter une premi\u00e8re habitation que vous allez habiter;<\/li>\n<li>Avoir une entente \u00e9crite en main pour l\u2019achat d\u2019une propri\u00e9t\u00e9;<\/li>\n<li>Ne pas \u00eatre propri\u00e9taire de l\u2019habitation en question depuis plus de 30 jours avant le retrait des sommes;<\/li>\n<li>Ne pas avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 utilis\u00e9 le RAP, \u00e0 moins que vous en ayez compl\u00e8tement rembours\u00e9 les sommes au plus tard le 1<sup>er<\/sup> janvier de l\u2019ann\u00e9e o\u00f9 vous RAPez de nouveau.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que vous vous \u00eates assur\u00e9s de remplir toutes ces conditions, le processus de RAP se fait par formulaire et est assez simple.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\">Le RAP, c\u2019est en fait un pr\u00eat que vous vous faites \u00e0 vous-m\u00eames. Il\u00a0 faut donc vous le rembourser! On calcule habituellement le remboursement du RAP par 1\/15 du montant retir\u00e9 sur une p\u00e9riode de 15 ans.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Par contre, ce remboursement n\u2019est pas oblig\u00e9 de se faire d\u00e8s votre prise de possession de votre habitation! Le d\u00e9lai accord\u00e9 d\u00e9pend de la date de votre retrait, mais sachez qu\u2019il n\u2019est pas obligatoire de rembourser dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivant le retrait.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En bref, le programme RAP est un bel avantage offert aux acheteurs de premi\u00e8re propri\u00e9t\u00e9.
